RC Update

It's been a million years since I've updated so I thought I would try to give an update on both of the little ones today.  Our little RC is quite the 20 month old!  As you can see from the photos, a good hat goes a long way towards a good day.  A tiara particularly, is the perfect remedy for a "snowy" day.  She is really behaving like an almost two year old.  She knows her mind and isn't afraid to assert herself.  We frequently hear her say "NO" even though many times she means yes!

 This was taken during a recent thaw (that lasted about 10 minutes) but it was nice to get outside.  Some of her favorite things are dollies, playing restaurant with her big sister, and "read" - ing books.  

 Elmo is her favorite.  She goes berserk anytime she sees him.  Minnie Mouse comes in second with her baby dolls being a reasonable substitute.  Her Opa got her a Tickle Me Elmo for Christmas with alternately, delights and freaks her out.  

As I'm sitting here writing this, she is telling me that "RC" is in the pictures.  

 She also loves to put things in bags.  Preferably many bags at once.  She carries these bags where ever she goes and is very busy.  

 These are her "guys"  she likes to play with them best when her sister is not around.  She likes to arrange and rearrange them.  She occasionally talks with them and one of them is "grandpa".  

She is starting to potty train but we aren't in a rush so we'll see how it goes.  I know she wants to be like her big sister but I'm not sure she's quite ready.  

She is talking up a storm and is up around 100 words.  Some of our favorite RC isms:

Elmo = Milk

Lala = a desirable dolly or "guy" also, toys that make music

Read = book also, "read me a book"

Down me = please pick me up or put me down

Kiki = CR, CR hates this moniker but I think it's absolutely adorable

Dog Dog = Annabelle, her best friend

snuggie buggie = her blanket
